POB Foods Marketplace – Terms and Conditions
Welcome to POB Foods. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the POB Foods online marketplace by buyers, sellers, and other users.

2. User and Vendor Accounts

3. Product Listings
Vendors must provide accurate descriptions, prices, photographs, and other relevant information. Illegal, counterfeit, unsafe, misleading, or prohibited products may not be listed. POB Foods may remove listings or restrict accounts that breach marketplace rules.
4. Orders and Payments
Customers must review their order information before completing a purchase. Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. Prices, taxes, delivery charges, and other applicable costs will be shown where required.
5. Delivery
Delivery arrangements, costs, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the vendor, product, and destination. Vendors are responsible for fulfilling their orders according to the information provided to customers.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are subject to the applicable POB Foods Refund and Returns Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to the transaction.
7. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for complying with applicable laws and regulations relating to their products, including product safety, food regulations, labelling, taxes, licences, and consumer protection requirements where applicable.
8. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the POB Foods Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.
9. Marketplace Administration
POB Foods may review listings, suspend or remove products, restrict accounts, or take other reasonable measures to protect customers and the marketplace or comply with legal requirements.

12. Contractual Relationship

The identity of the relevant vendor will be displayed where applicable on the product, store, or order information.
13. Vendor Responsibility and Product Information
Independent vendors are responsible for ensuring that the products they list comply with applicable laws and regulations, including product safety, food labelling, allergen information, pricing, taxes, and any required licences or registrations. Vendors are also responsible for ensuring that product descriptions, images, availability, and other information provided to customers are accurate and not misleading.
14. Liability
POB Foods provides the marketplace platform but does not manufacture or control products offered by independent vendors. To the extent permitted by law, POB Foods is not responsible for losses caused by a vendor’s inaccurate product information, unlawful conduct, or failure to fulfil an order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to customers in their country of residence remain unaffected.
